Well-Law Supports the Overall Well-Being of Law Students

from Start to Finish

"I have a driving philosophy – I believe that preparing students to be successful in the legal profession means helping them to manage the stresses inherent in law school and practice." ~Janet Thompson Jackson

Law Professor, Wellness & Leadership Coach, Founder of Well-Law

At Well-Law we fundamentally believe that law students and those working in the legal field can live well-managed and joyful lives based in wellness.

With this core belief in mind, we developed Well-Law programs for students -- including live wellness coaching and the Well-Law App -- the first and only comprehensive wellness app designed to support every stage of a law student’s journey -- from pre-orientation all the way through bar study.

Through tailored micro-learning, experiential exercises and self-care practices, Well-Law students learn strategies and skills to manage stress and increase resilience.

Well-Law Group Wellness Coaching for Students

Law school can be overwhelming, especially when students feel like they have to manage it all alone. Well-Law Group Coaching offers a supportive, skill-building space where students can be real about what they're facing, learn tools for managing stress, and connect with others who understand.

Sessions are confidential, not recorded, and capped at 24 students to ensure a safe, engaging environment. All students -- 1L through 3L -- are welcome, but registration is required through participating law schools.

Led by a certified wellness and leadership coach with over 20 years in legal education, this program was created by someone who’s been there, and who now collaborates with law schools and legal employers to build a more human and sustainable legal culture.
