Well-Law for Law Students from Start to Finish
At Well-Law we fundamentally believe that law students and those working in the legal field can live well-managed and joyful lives based in wellness.
With this core belief in mind, we developed the Well-Law program, the first and only comprehensive wellness program with a “bookended” design created to support every stage of a law student’s journey -- from pre-orientation all the way through bar study.
Through tailored experiential learning exercises and self-care practices, Well-Law students learn strategies and skills to manage stress and increase resilience.

How does Well-Law work?
Well-Law empowers students to effectively manage their self-care and build resilience through a combination of on-demand Monthly Modules, an interactive Community of law students across the country, and Live Online Group Wellness & Coaching Sessions..
On-Demand Modules
- Modules are divided into monthly online lessons
- Micro-Learning allows students to learn and develop skills via bite-sized videos, readings, and practical exercises
- Students are motivated by weekly progress reports and module assessments
Live Wellness Talks
- Sign up for monthly LIVE group wellness talks with a Well-Law certified coach
- Wellness talk topics coincide with monthly modules
- Live talks include opportunities for 1-on-1 wellness coaching and mindfulness practices

Well-Law Certificates of Completion and Achievement
Earn a Well-Law Certificate of Completion after completing each course module and assessment. A Certificate of Achievement is earned after completion of the entire Well-Law program.
*Neither the Certificate of Completion nor Certificate of Achievement are formal qualifications and do not count as credits towards a degree, unless expressly confirmed by your law school.
